Serving the Community Since 2007

                                       WA7VE

STARS (Seaside Tsunami Amateur Radio Society, Inc.) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Seaside, Oregon area. We prepare and train to serve our community as amateur radio operators on a day to day basis and during emergencies. We work closely with ARES/RACES and CERT.

We have a great blend of age and gender in our club. Our newly elected Board of Directors are all women. A family membership is only $15 per year. We meet on the second Saturday of every month at 5:00 PM at the Seaside campus of Clatsop Community College located on the East side of Highway 101 just North of the theater.

If you are interested in learning more, ask a member or come to a meeting or our weekly Hams and Eggs breakfast get together and find out more. We offer free license training, great camaraderie, loads of fun as well as opportunities to learn and to serve your community.

Come join us! We will treat you so many ways you are bound to like one of them.
